Are rape and incest not sufficient reasons for the legality of Abortion?

I think your reasoning is completely sufficient and for those individuals that suggest adoption...you should be adopting a child right now to prove that children from parents that are given up for adoption have that chance. All pro-lifer's should have at least one adopted child if they believe that every baby should be born no matter what the circumstances are.
