What is the best way to catch a weasel?

one of the little rascals escaped from his pen and he's hiding in my house. haven't seen him in 2 hours. could he be in the walls/ceiling? i am finding lots of his weasel cookies (poop) everywhere but otherwise he leaves no trace. i'm starting to worry that my other weasels could escape as well... help!
